Adams will be remembered most for his exemplary Christian values, his deep rooted devotion to his wife and family, and his many years of public service. When MFC was sold, he supervised the warehouse at Madison County Co-Op in Canton, MS until he retired. June loved her family, especially the annual Thanksgiving Green family gatherings, singing, dancing and music. Pace and the former Flossie Henson, 3 sisters and 1 brother. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. Survivors are her husband; Charles Stevens, sons; Stephen (Kimberly) Hasty and Christopher Hasty, granddaughters; Leah Hasty, and Tara Hasty, grandson; Reed Hasty,great grandchildren; Kendra, Ken, Hank, and Aubrey, and brothers; Robert (Ann) Ellett and Randy Ellett all of Benton. Holeman, Sr.,77, of Yazoo City passed away Friday July 28, 2017 at Merit Health River Region Medical Center in Vicksburg. David was preceded in death by his parents; Roy Lee & Jeffie Pearl Watkins Holeman. Donnie was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents; Clenton Ray & Mary J. Retired as a Supervisor at Mississippi Chemical Corporation, He was a member of Center Ridge Baptist Church and a U. Fred was preceded in death by his wife; Lou Rite Johnston and son Allen Fredrick Johnston, Jr. He is survived by his sister, Linda Crawford Harrison, Madison, MS, his sister and brother-in-law Dorothy and Bill Farmer of Lafayette, La, as well as many nieces and their families including Tara and Christopher Venetis with children Connor Crawford, his godson, and Cameron; Delle and Jason Smith with children Emma, Adelyn, and Jaxon; Emilee and Matthew Cooley with children Austin and Hudson; and Celena and Dustin Holmes with child Dylan Wyatt.
There are also 4 great granddaughters and 4 great grandsons. Visitation will be at First Baptist Church Wednesday August 9th beginning at P. His passion for Mississippi State Bulldogs will be remembered fondly as well as his love for all things NASCAR.
Services are Thursday August 10, 2017 at Scotland Baptist Church with visitation starting at P. Uncle Archie, as he was affectionately called, was a loving, dedicated, and generous uncle to all his nieces, great nieces, and great nephews whom he treated as his own children and grandchildren.
Services will be held at Parkview Church of God Thursday August 24th with visitation starting at A. William “Bill” Bryant Adams, Sr., 79, went running into the arms of Jesus peacefully at his residence on Friday, August 18, 2017. Woods first farmed with his father-in-law, Edward Williams, in the Benton community while also managing Mississippi Federated Co-Op/MFC Services in Canton.
Born in Yazoo County, Mississippi on April 23, 1938 to T. He later transferred to the MFC Services in Madison to manage the seed department.
