A lot of this will be the two of us figuring out how to work together so I need someone that would be excited about doing that. People call in with a problem and we simply need a friendly voice to greet them, hear them out, tell them why we are the best fit (we have over fifty 5-star reviews) and ultimately convert the call into a service appointment.
YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS: - Answering phones (primary task) - Assisting CEO and other departments with one-off tasks such as quality assurance testing, writing blog posts, organizing files/information, etc - Managing calendars and special events - Effectively applying our methodology and following project standards - Other tasks that may be assigned --- Honestly, the main thing I'm looking for is a self-starter.
